During NATO strikes in 1999, a wood-processing company called "Vojvodina" - co-operating with the 492. Air Base on the Batajnica airport - has made 6 MiG-29 model-decoy aircraft, out of which only this one survived the NATO airstrikes. Being hit by an air-to-ground missile that did not explode, the model was damaged but not destroyed. It found its place in the Museum in 2013 and was fully restored by the end of 2017.

CADSUR's (Civil Aviation Department of Surinam) ACC station. The single sector is covering all IFR traffic at all flight levels above Surinam. The ATCO's seat is to the left, assistant to the right. The blue radar screen at the left side is not functioning represents just a map and process control is used. The green screen to the right is the paid version of the Flightradar24 Internet app, used for getting information. The strip printer does not work as well.
